Returns & Exchange
At Bella Lido, we always want you to be delighted with your purchases! We understand that sometimes with online shopping you may want to return an item as you realise it is not suitable when it arrives. If this should ever occur, feel free to shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, we are always very happy to help you in choosing another item for exchange.
Unworn, unused and unwashed purchases in original condition may be returned within 14 days of order receipt. We request all returns be made by post to PO BOX 465, NOOSAVILLE QLD 4566. Bella Lido asks that items be returned in a parcel post plastic satchel or registered so that it is protected by the weather and trackable.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply email email@example.com with your order number and full name and full details and we will respond asap.
Please be aware, Bella Lido is not liable for the loss of an item being returned we recommend that you return it using registered mail.
If you are returning or exchanging a faulty, damaged or incorrect item we will pay for the packaging and postage costs. However, we are unable to offer free delivery for ‘change of mind’ returns or exchanges.
